Shipping Information

Outgoing Shipments

In stock inventory will be shipped within 48 business hours of receipt of order.

Delivery: All shipping will be thru Federal Express

Glass/China: Goods packed in glass (i.e. cocktail mix) cannot be shipped Parcel. Glassware and china are especially fragile and are shipped Parcel at the customers' risk only. BAR-Outfitters will repack these products, at a cost, which will then be shipped by Parcel. We will not issue a credit for any damaged or refused shipments, unless BAR-Outfitters has repacked the item.

Shipping and Returns

When shipment is received:

  1. Check shipment for obvious damage and number of pieces received.
  2. Note any damage or shortage on freight bill.
  3. Make sure to sign for the number of boxes rather than skids or pallets.
  4. Check product immediately for any visible damage.
  5. If damage is found, contact BAR-Outfitters immediately at 1-888-500-4224 or 1-651-982-0627.
  6. Shortages or damages must be reported to BAR-Outfitters with 3 days of receipt. 

Warranty Information

BAR-Outfitters stocks well known, standard brands which are backed by their respective manufacturers. Most manufacturers will not permit a wholesaler to make any adjustment, replace any part, accept a return or exchange any defective or unsatisfactory merchandise without written permission from them. Customers should abide by the warranty instructions provided by the manufacturer. Bar Outfitters will assist and if possible, help expedite the occasional difficulty.  Please call us at 1-888-500-4224 or 651-982-0627 with any questions.

Hazardous Materials

BAR-Outfitters stocks certain items that are classified as hazardous material by the Department of Labor. Any customer who would like Material Safety Data sheets on any hazardous material that we carry can receive them by calling us. 

Returns

  1. Merchandise shipped directly from the factory and items that are non-stock are subject to a 25% restocking charge.  This restocking charge may vary by manufacturer.  Any custom made products, including those that are printed special are not returnable.
  2. Used items or items not in their original carton, container, etc., will not be accepted as returns.
  3. Regularly stocked items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  4. Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways unless it is an approved vendor or BAR-Outfitter  error.
  5. Contact BAR-Outfitters at 1-888-500-4224 or 1-651-982-0627 to explain the problem
  6. You must have a customer return authorization and a BAR-Outfitters preprinted label or your return will not be accepted.  These items will be mailed to you after approval of the return.
  7. Place the return authorization inside the return box.  Attach the label to the outside of the return box. Prepay freight and ship.  WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD RETURNS.  
  8. Consumable merchandise may not be returned after 45 days of purchase.

We will gladly correct any errors on our part, if they are brought to our attention immediately.

Catalog Information

Possession of the BAR-Outfitter's catalog does not constitute the right to purchase.

The selling unit for each of the items are shown. If there is no selling unit shown, it is sold by "each". Please refer to the price list for any changes in selling units.

Minimum purchase units are shown; i.e. if "doz" is the only unit shown, then this is the minimum purchase.
